Homemade Breakfast Sandwiches
Ingredients:
English muffins
Eggs
Bacon or Ham or alternative substitute(s)
Cheddar cheese
-Preheat your oven to 350°F
-Crack your eggs into a muffin tin, one per cup
-Break the yolks
-If desired sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
-Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
-Upon removal let them cool for a bit, this allows you to remove them easier without breaking them apart.
-Serve on toasted English muffin with desired toppings.
