Homemade Breakfast Sandwiches
Ingredients:English muffinsEggsBacon or Ham or alternative substitute(s)Cheddar cheese
-Preheat your oven to 350°F-Crack your eggs into a muffin tin, one per cup-Break the yolks-If desired sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. -Bake for approximately 15 minutes.-Upon removal let them cool for a bit, this allows you to remove them easier without breaking them apart. -Serve on toasted English muffin with desired toppings.
